About the Role
You will be the 7th member in a growing team and critical to the continued growth of the firm. Being a small practice you will have the opportunity to work closely with the partners which will provide you the opportunity to learn as much as possible and broaden your knowledge depth. You will also be encouraged to manage client relationships whilst managing the following tasks:
- Completing year-end Financial Accounts and Income Tax Returns (for all entity types)
- Preparing business analytical data (financial ratio’s, benchmarking, tax planning, etc)
- Completing all other statutory compliance requirements
- Liaising with government bodies
- Liaising with clients on software consultancy matters
- Providing input on strategy, marketing and processes to assist growing the business in the right direction
About the Applicant
We are seeking only highly motivated and ambitious individuals. To be successful you:
- Will be CPA/CA qualified (or near completion)
- Between 3 – 5 years’ experience in public practice
- Highly skilled with Xero and MYOB
- Be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be target driven
- Ability and want, to bring on new clients
