My client, an industry leader within Financial Services and Australia's number one choice for its customers, is looking for a high performing business partner to work closely with the senior executive leadership team to drive company strategy and financial performance.
Description
Responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with the Executive Leadership team and key stakeholders
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting process for aligned businesses
- Building financial models and manipulating data to be able to draw insights and analysis
- Delivering commercial insights, advice and strategic support to Senior Management
- Creation of key performance indicators, operational metrics, dashboards and performance reporting to support senior management decision-making and execution
- Construct cost-benefit analyses, business cases & metrics for new projects
- Analyse and present findings around product, customer, and competitor analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance
- Visually present insights and analysis through visual business intelligence tools and PowerPoint
Profile
To be successful, you must have:
- CA/CPA/CFA qualification
- Minimum 5 years of Banking industry experience
- Strong Banking product knowledge across Retail Banking and/or Institutional Banking
- Experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, insights and analysis
- Experience with visually presenting insights and analysis through PowerPoint or visual BI tools
- Business Partnering and stakeholder management experience
- Sound analytical skills with an ability to assimilate information
- Intermediate / Advanced modelling skills using Excel
- Strong PowerPoint skills and systems experience. TM1 experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Offer
$120,000 to $150,000 base + super + bonus potential
