Do you have 5+ years experience in an Australian accounting & tax practice - and are looking for career advancement with a strong focus on utilising cloud-based technologies?
We are a boutique chartered accounting practice with a strong focus on client service, and are seeking a motivated & qualified accountant (CA or CPA) who is looking to advance within the practice, and further develop their accounting, tax and advisory skills.
This is an exciting position enabling you to embrace cloud-technologies within modern day accounting practices and be closely involved in the associated work flows and processes.
As such you should be proficient in the use of both Xero accounting software and preferably BGL or BGL360.
You should be at senior level (or above) and be keen to demonstrate your ability to support the principle on a range of business services and tax-related tasks
You must be confident in the preparation of year-end financial statements and income tax returns for all entity types, including SMSFs, and in the preparation of IAS, BAS and FBT returns. You should be skilled in identifying and solving tax issues for all entity types and have proven experience in preparing year end accounts and interim work for these entities to partner review stage.
Working closely with the principal you will gain exposure to a diverse and growing client base, with the potential to advance within the practice and further develop your career.
