The structure of our finance team is changing and an opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to take charge of our end to end payroll process. As an integral part of our finance team you will also provide hands on management of our billings process and other finance tasks when required. We are seeking someone with exceptional customer service who is able to juggle competing tasks and meet tight deadlines. We are a small team where every member is valued and contributes equally.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- 5+ years’ experience managing complex payroll end to end for 100+ employees
- Experience interpreting Awards, Contracts and Agreements, and basic statutory regulations.
- Experience in all payroll associated processes including superannuation, PAYG, Payroll Tax, long service leave.
- Exceptional customer service, time management and high level of accuracy
- Experience managing Workers Compensation would be an advantage
- 5+ years’ experience managing detailed billings process
- General bookkeeping experience
Experience using EXO would be highly regarded. As would experience in the construction industry.
