Mars Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager on behalf of a large Mid-Tier firm based in the CBD.

Role:
Working with a multitude of clients in various industries, you'll primarily be responsible for providing a range of tax advices and working on select compliance matters relating to these clients situations. You'll also be required to manage a team of accountants, while assisting in their development and training.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of compliance work and deferred tax computations
- Provide various tax advices to a range of domestic and international businesses
- Liaison with the ATO on issues such as taxpayer ruling requests and disputes
- Deal directly with existing clients and ensure this ongoing relationship is maintained to the highest standard
- Show effective and astute decision making skills, especially in regards to risk of engagement
- Provide technical training to staff members
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Australian Corporate Tax
- CA/CPA qualified
- Hold current Australian working rights
