Finance Manager for a Manufacturing company located in Inner Western Sydney

Your new company
This manufacturing organisation has undergone significant growth in recent years. As a result of this growth they are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team.

Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role will initially involve the integration of recent business ventures into the existing reporting framework, and the set up of more sophisticated operating systems within Finance. There are different business entities which need to be integrated and you will be mapping existing systems, staff and outputs and then implementing desired reporting and systems. You will be managing a team of three.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a commercially focused Finance Manager who enjoys having hands-on involvement in the running of a business. You will be CA or CPA qualified and have had exposure to financial, management, commercial and project accounting. In addition, you will have with exceptional communication skills.
