COMPANY ACCOUNTANT/ADMINISTRATOR
Wholesaler of Leading Water Sports Brands within the Oceania Region
Competitive salary $95,000-$100,000 plus Super
Located North of Parramatta with onsite parking
The Business
The Company is a Leading Wholesaler within its Industry of Diving, Snorkelling and Swimming Equipment throughout the Oceania Region with a Parent company in Tokyo and manufacturing plants in Japan and Taiwan. We also represent other leading Brands from around the world as Agents.
The Role
The Accountant/Administrator will be based at the Warehouse facility reporting to the Managing Director based in Tokyo
The Main Duties as the Accountant will include but not be limited to
Ownership of the daily transactions, preparation of Monthly and Annual Financial Statements and Budgets
Monthly Cash Flows
Monthly lodgement of BAS statements, Annual FBT return and other Statutory Declarations
Annual Insurance Declarations
Payroll
Stocktaking
Daily Credit Control
The Main Duties as the Administrator will include but not be limited to
Management of the Warehouse Facility with The Assistance of a Warehouse Manager
Human Resource functions encompassing six staff members
Purchasing and Stock control of all stock for resell from our overseas Group Companies or other Brand Manufacturers
The Right Candidate
To be successful in this position you will be CA/CPA qualified and have experience working in a similar position ideally reporting to an overseas parent company. You will have a strong accounting background, commercial influencing, business partnering ability whilst still being prepared to be hands on when required.
Commencement
The position is due to the retirement of the existing employee, commencement being early October with a Hand over period of Six Months
