The purpose of this role is to manage the project to develop and maintain controls for new business units in order to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act, including but not limited to:

• Supporting implementation of and follow-up on new controls as part of the process integration;
• Provide training to the control owners in performing the controls and self-testing requirements.
• Performing internal management controls testing and follow-up on remediation progress of identified control deficiencies;
• Business Partnering with the control owners in streamlining complex business processes and implement value-adding controls.

        Key Requirements:

• Big 4 preferred or internal control/audit experiences ( minimum 4 years) with mid-tier or large company
• Exposure to process analysis and documentation / mapping of processes and controls
• Proficiency in Ms Excel/ PowerPoint and Visio
• Previous SOX testing experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
