Rewarding opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join one of Australia’s leading recruitment & HR consulting firms.
Your primary function will be to support our Finance Manager process the NSW payroll 3 days a week.
Based in the Sydney CBD, this role will involve the following:
- Accurately entering candidates’ timesheets into our systems
- Manipulating payroll data using formulas in Microsoft Excel
- Resolving invoice and pay queries from clients and candidates
- Assisting internal stakeholders in NSW and SA with accounting-related requests
You must be able to demonstrate:
- High attention to detail, particularly with numbers
- Experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and using databases
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
You must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays OR Fridays.
