MARS Recruitment are currently working with a leading, multinational company who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their growing team. The successful applicant will have strong prior SAP experience and exposure to an environment that deals with high invoice processing.
Whilst the role will begin as a 6 month contract, there is significant opportunity for the role to go permanent and thus is a great opportunity for someone wanting more stability and security in their next role.
Key Responsiblities:
- Provide accurate and timely delivery of AP services
- Maintain the records of accounts payable by filling all source documents and system generated documents
- Undertake a range of activities associated with the function including reconciliations, and invoicing
Essential Criteria
- 1-3 years prior experience in a similar role with strong SAP utilisation
- High invoice processing experience - 100 per day
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work effectively either as an individual or as part of a wider team
