Gram Engineering Pty Ltd is currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join our accounts team at our busy head office in Smithfield. We are an established fencing manufacturer looking to employ an enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated individual who is willing to work as part of a team.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Full function Accounts Receivable and Accounts
- Credit Card and Bank Account Reconciliations
- General Administrative support to company Accountant
- Filing and managing various archiving processes
- Cash Handling
- Data Entry
- Other ad-hoc duties
The successful applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be well organised and have the ability to multitask.
