This role reporting into the General Manager will take responsibility for the accounts receivable function and general accounts support. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Sending out invoices
• Accounts Receivable
• Making contact with debtors to organise payment of accounts
• Reconciling debtor accounts
• Preparing debtor statements
• Assisting with other accounts responsibilities when required

Ideally the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• A minimum of two years accounts experiences preferably with solid experience in accounts receivable and general accounts
• Excellent communications skills
• Proven organisational skills
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Experience using MYOB
