Our client requires an enthusiastic and hands-on Accounts Receivable Officer to work within their office in Alexandria.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide proactive and high-quality support liaising with clients.

Key responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Call all clients with outstanding invoices requesting payment
- Make detailed notes of conversations
- Update MYOB where appropriate
- Email invoices as required
You are someone who possesses:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- MYOB experience
We are seeking someone with hands on previous experience in Accounts Receivable, with effective organisational skills and time management skills, able to work in a small team with effective oral and written communication skills.
Previous experience using MYOB, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is highly regarded.
