This is a great opportunity to join an ASX organisation with a strong and growing Australian footprint. With constant investment and opportunity, they are now looking for a qualified Senior Business Analyst/Management Accountant with excellent budgeting, forecasting and management reporting skill set.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and partnering with multiple non-finance stakeholders, you will provide high level and meaningful management reports. You will need to quickly understand the key drivers of the business analysing variances, KPI reports, cost management reports and profit and loss performance. Managing a small team you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc reports.
In addition to this, you will focus on process improvement and partner managers on ad hoc projects.
The successful candidate will display strong financial/management accounting background and be able to display initiative and challenge the status quo. CA/CPA qualifications are essential and the attitude to make a difference and impact is essential.
Self-confidence and excellent communication skills are a prerequisite.
