This well-established organisation based in West Gosford, prides itself on its customer service and holistic approach to cleaning and hygiene solutions in the Newcastle and Central Coast regions.
A great opportunity has now become available for an experienced Finance Assistant, to fulfil a part time position (24 hours per week), working over 3 days per week.
  
Reporting directly into the General Manager, your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• End of month reporting, processes and reconciliations
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Chasing outstanding debtors and processing creditor payments
• Manage daily banking
• Process payments, journals entries and manage petty cash
• Weekly payroll run for 18 employees
• Assist in preparation of reports 
• Support management with budgeting and forecasting

Key requirements:

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Attache’ accounting software
• Diploma in Accounting and/or Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• 3-5 years' hands on bookkeeping/accounting/payroll experience
