The Company
Based just east of the river, this trusted Robert Half client is a recognized leader within a growth industry sector enabling work stability and a great work environment. They seek the expertise of a tenured Credit Controller to start on a 6 month fixed term contract, with the capacity to ideally go permanent after. This role provides the opportunity to join a collaborative and welcoming finance team.
The Job
Working alongside one other credit controller and reporting to the Finance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include, yet no limited to:
- Collections of high volume debt via phone and emails
- Running of trial balances and reporting
- Monitoring debt and liaising with customers on queries
- Adhoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager
- Sending out statements and letter correspondence
Your Profile
You will be able to show recent high volume collections experience, working in an end to end function and ideally have at least 5 years’ experience.
With a strong focus on customer service you will be comfortable on the phone with a professional and courteous manner, and you will have an empathetic, yet results driven approach. As well as this, you will be able to demonstrate areas in which you have been a lateral thinker, and feel confident working in a team or autonomously.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills will be highly regarded.
