The Company
This recognised global professional services organisation has established a strong reputation for providing a wide range of services to its diverse client base. With a corporate office based here in Brisbane, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Finance Officer to join their growing Property team.
The Role
Reporting into the Senior Property Accountant, your role will include but will not be limited to:
- Assisting with month end duties;
- Assist in the preparation of forecasting and budgeting;
- Maintaining and updating Financial models (i.e. recharges and rental payments);
- Working with internal and external stakeholders; and
- Assisting Accountants with ad-hoc projects.
The Candidate
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Exposure to a large ERP system;
- Prior experience within a similar role; and
- Enthusiastic approach to work.
