About the Role
Leading Global Retail Giant has a need for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role will see you working effectively and efficiently alongside the accounts team.

Leading Global Retail Giant has a need for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role will see you working effectively and efficiently alongside the accounts team.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager your duties will include but not limited to:
- Accurate processing and data entry of up to 200 invoices daily
- Prepare credit payments and sub-ledger accounts
- 3 way matching – invoice, purchase order and stock
- Processing of refunds
- Reconciliations
- Experience with GL Recs is also ideal
- Assisting the team where necessary
- Previous experience in a full function Accounts Payable role is a Must
- Experience with MS Dynamics is a must and ideally within a Retail or manufacturing environment
- High Level MS Excel as must have experience with Pivot tables, V Look Ups and formula's
- Excellent communication skills
- Be resilient to the environment & a team player
- High level experience and accurate data entry
