One of the largest financial services organisations in Australia are continuing their commitment to bringing aboard the strongest national accounting talent and providing them with the means to excel. 

This role is very specific. Within the Business Partnering team, you will be 2IC to the Senior Manager providing support and driving other teams success through strong business partnering and strategy advice. 

Often the term 'stakeholder management' is thrown around as the new buzzword, but in this case it is certainly accurate. On top of all of the standard expectations of a management accountant / analyst, the person in this role will gain real experience in a highly visible role that involves displaying a huge amount of commercial awareness and conveying your findings to people who are not from a finance background. 

The best person for this role will:

• Be able to 'tell the story of the numbers'
• Have a strong background in Financial Services in a Business Partnering capacity
• Have exceptional interpersonal abilities and an ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders both within and outside of finance.
• Be CA/CPA Qualified with a proven history of exceptional technical accounting work

• Building strong working relationships with people across finance

• Performance reporting
