Client Details
Our client is an Australian well-known construction company with operations across Australia and New Zealand. They are now seeking for an experienced Payroll officer to join their team immediately!
Description
As a Payroll Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Efficient payroll processing and superannuation payment reconciliation of G/L accounts
- Processing of new starters and terminations
- Making adjustments for leave and allowances
- Interpreting awards and EBAs
- Handling Payroll equerries and enquiries
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful candidates must have:
- Min 5 years experience in Payroll
- Experience in handling large payroll size
- Excellent communication skill
- A good understanding of relevant legislation
- Experience with Oracle or Preceda is highly desirable
- Experience in working with outsourced team is highly desirable
