We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance team in Rowville. You will be responsible for the preparation of the monthly group consolidation and to provide assistance to the Financial Controller.

About the role:

• Preparation, analysis and reporting of the month end management accounts and statutory reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, quarterly forecasting and ad hoc analysis and reporting.
• Preparation of internal reports and processing of general journal entries
• Provide accounting support to a number of cost centres across the business
• Implementation of process changes and improvements
• Assist with the preparation of the half year and year end statutory accounts
• Assistance with the annual and quarterly forecasting process

Skills and experience you will bring to the role:

• CPA / CA qualified or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in a similar position
• Experience in a professional services environment highly regarded
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and planning skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
• High attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills
