An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Sydney CBD for an Accounts Assistant.
Part time / 2- 3 days per week, 15 - 20 hours.
Immediate start.
We are currently seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to assist our Finance Manager with the day to day operations of the accounts office. This role will provide a varied environment within a friendly and supportive team.
Reporting directly to our Finance Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Bookkeeping (MYOB experience desired, but not necessary)
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Liaising with various internal departments to solve queries
- Support and assist the Finance Manager with various ad hoc duties
- General Office Administration

- One or more years’ experience in an Accounting role
- Accounting Diploma or Certificate or currently studying
- Intermediate Excel skills
