Led by a dynamic CEO this rapidly growing medium sized business has always prided themselves on employing the best people and as such they recognise and reward their staff accordingly! They have big plans for the near future and are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Allrounder to join their head office team.
Reporting to the CFO and working alongside another experienced Bookkeeper, your responsibilities include;
- Accounts Payable - approximately 400 invoices per week
- Accounts Receivable
- Weekly payroll for approximately 200 staff
- Prepare daily bank reconciliations
- Preparation of daily cashflow reports
- General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
- Journal entries and month end responsibilities
- Preparation of Profit and Loss statements
- Prepare and distribute monthly finance reports
- Prepare GST/ FBT / BAS tax returns
- Petty Cash
- Ad hoc finance related duties
Candidates considered suitable for this position will have a background in a similar role of Bookkeeping / Accounts Allrounder Officer within a medium to large sized organisation with at least 5 years working experience.
You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to investigate and follow through to get results!
