A successful Chinese Property Developer are are seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team.
Your new role
The Management Accountant will be responsible for the compilation and analysis of monthly results.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Preparation of accounts for all entities
- Month end and quarter end financial reporting
- Budgeting & forecasting
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CA/CPA qualified/part qualified:
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Ideally have come from a property development or construction background
- Ability to analyse and prepare financial information
- Ability to report and present financial data that is clear, concise and easily understood
