Current Opportunity
We are currently seeking Senior Consultants from a public accounting practice background to join the Financial Management Consulting (FMC) team in our Advisory division.
As part of the FMC team you'll have the opportunity to work with Boards, CEOs and CFOs through the provision of advice and support across the entire business cycle including the establishment of new entity’s finance function; implementation and/or improvement of accounting systems, processes and procedures; assistance with financial, management or project reporting and ongoing accounting and taxation requirements. Our FMC team is able to leverage our knowledge with technical expertise, working with CFOs and finance teams to assist our clients function effectively in an evolving business environment.
The opportunities & responsibilities for this role include:
- Partner with clients to provide hands on support and advice
- Client facing role focused on understanding clients requirements and solution development
- Mentor, train and develop other members of the FMC team
Ideally you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications including CA or CPA
- A demonstrated accounting background gained in Professional Services
- Attention to detail and experience with providing timely, high quality service to clients
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills along with some project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
