The Opportunity? We are currently seeking an Order to Cash Process SME to join the Global Finance Transformation team. The main focus of the role is ensuring operational readiness for go live of the new Finance system, operating model and new ways of working for Order to Cash stream to ensure successful implementation for Global Business Services (GBS) as part of the GFT Program.

This dynamic and varied role presents the successful candidate an opportunity to work closely with Process leads, Functional leads, in conjunction with business SME’s and functional experts from Accenture. This role will contribute to the design and delivery world class processes and operations which meet the business needs of Toll, whilst ensuring an appropriate level of internal control and policies are in place.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Work closely with the GFT Program’s Business Readiness team, Technical team and SI to design world class new ways of working for Order to Cash, including Employee Expenses, which are ‘fit for purpose’ across the Toll Group.
  • Develop solutions and identify opportunities for improvement related to the operations of the Order to Cash processes being designed and implemented as part of the GFT Solution, ensuring standardisation at every opportunity.
  • Contribute the development of test cases to be used in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and review test execution activities to ensure tests completed in accordance with the process design.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to program timelines, template adoption and business readiness gaps.
  • Contribute to business go-live criteria and ensure operational readiness in alignment with program timescales; actively manage cutover activities for O2C with each release. Provide process support, workshops and training as required to ensure successful cutover to Operations.
  • Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.

The Ideal Candidate? As the successful candidate you will have deep functional expertise in OTC processes, preferably from working in a large, multinational organisation. Working experience of implementing a Tier 1 ERP system (SAP/Oracle) would be highly regarded. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), combined with strong commercial acumen.

You will enjoy working within tight deadlines; have strong analytical/problem solving skills as well as having high attention to detail.
