Busy multinational company based in Sydney's CBD need a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team ASAP. Young, energetic team, vibrant & fast paced working environment. The role will be 1-2 months

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliations
• Supplier invoices verification and processing
• Employee expenses review and sending for approval; credit card reconciliation
• Resolve queries as they come (ATO, employees, suppliers, clients, staff etc)
• Chasing payments for overdue invoices
• Monthly staff payroll – last Thursday of the month (update commissions calculations and add to payroll if due
• Payroll tax
• BAS/ATO
• Cash flow
• Weekly finance reports
• Monthly management report (process journals, reconcile intercompany and GL accounts, prepare report with commentary)
• Journals for each entity to process
• Cabcharge – eTickets

The successful candidate MUST be able to start in the next couple of days. An hourly rate up to $30 - $50 + super is on offer to the successful candidate, depending on experience levels.
