We are a dynamic mid size Chartered Accountancy Firm servicing a broad range of clients across all industries. We are located in the St George area of Sydney. We specialise in Small to Medium size enterprises (SME's) and our client relationships can best be described as an advisory network, meaning we work closely with our clients to help them achieve their business & financial goals in every way we can. We have been in business for 30 years and pride ourselves on our long term client and team relationships.
About the Role
As a trainee accountant with our firm you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients whose needs are Individual Tax Returns and BAS/IAS work. You will also work closely with a group of clients in relation to their internal accounting/bookkeeping requirements. Our clients work with many different software packages such as MYOB, QBO and Xero for example and you will get your hands dirty at the coal face of business record keeping. You will also work closely with our senior accountants and assist them with a variety of accounting procedures and tasks on a daily basis.
About You
You will be a Graduate (University or TAFE) with 2 years experience in public practice. You must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). You will have an eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
