An opportunity has come to sit in a high-functioning accounts team to complete end-to-end payroll on a monthly basis as well as process a complex AP function across multiple projects and entities. If you are looking to get back into the workforce on a part-time basis, this is the role for you!

Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- End-to-end payroll on a monthly basis across corporate staff
- Point of contact for all payroll queries
- End-to-end AP for key projects across multiple entities
- Heavy bank and credit card reconciliation involving multiple currencies
- Monthly payment runs, ad-hoc/urgent payments
Profile
To be successful in this role you will:
- Offer end-to-end experience in both Payroll & AP
- Ideally come from a similar industry background - mining, engineering, construction etc.
- Ideally have strong background using Pronto or other complex ERP systems
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong corporate communication abilities
- Offer demonstrated ability to 'manage your own desk' with limited handholding
