Accounts Receivables Officer required to manage invoices, chasing unpaid bills, reconciliation, handling monthly reports and managing client relationships on a permanent basis.

About the role & Company
This well known Manufacturing Industry based in Wetherill Park has a need for an experienced Accounts Receivables officer to join their accounts team.

The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

• Maintain a ledger of 1500 major accounts Active Accounts
• Process credit applications and credit checks
• Daily banking and processing of all debtor receipts, credit card payments/EFT
• Accurate reconciliation and allocation of all cheques / cash, credit card, Bpay and direct deposits
• Processing and raising of invoices
• Customer service and dispute resolution
• Producing monthly reports

  
The successful applicant

• Must have proven and previous experience as an Accounts Receivables Officer maintaining a large ledger
• High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
• Experience with SAP is a MUST
• Intermediate understanding and use of MS Excel – Pivot table, V look ups
