About the Role

This role will enable you to utilise your payroll experience within an innovative and collaborative team, combined with human resource functions, reporting into a highly experienced and supportive manager.

Duties

• Processing end to end weekly and fortnightly payroll
• Leave calculations including parental, maternity, long service and annual etc.
• Month end and year end reporting
• Award and EBA interpretation
• Assisting with payroll queries and enquiries as required
• Assisting with general accounting functions
• Processing invoices
• Remuneration & Benefits calculations
• General Human Resource duties

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is essential
• Exceptional organisation skills with a strong attention to detail
• Experience dealing with high volume workloads where prioritisation is key
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A can-do attitude and a friendly personality
