What you will be doing…
The Accounts Payable Officer works within our Finance and Business Services (FaBS) team. You will be responsible for the end to end accounts payable process. Day to day you can expect to:

• Manage invoices and queries from various stakeholders through ZenDesk
• Process invoices and payments through Netsuite
• Manage weekly payment run of suppliers
• Prepare month end accounts payable accrual journal
• Perform monthly reconciliation of trade creditors account
• Monthly review of the GR/IR accounts
• Prepare AP scorecard monthly
• Support all audit requirements (internal and external) and ensure processes are compliant with SOX
• Develop and ensure AP policies and AP FAQs on Community are up to date
• Continue to identify opportunities to further improve accounts payable processes.

• Understand the end to end purchase order process
• Bring experience from working in a large corporate environment
• Demonstrate strong accounts payable experience

• Savvy minded and have the ability to think a little left of field / outside the box
• A strong and creative communicator
• Digitally savvy (being a tech company, we need to know that you can use MS Office, and if you can use Netsuite and Zendesk, that’s even better)
• Friendly, approachable and have good relationship management skills
