We are a dynamic, growth focused organization looking a Senior Payroll Team Leader to join our team in this permanent CBD based role.
  
As our Payroll extraordinaire you will be charged with overall responsibility for our Global payroll function, managing one direct report and effectively managing stakeholders across the business including but not limited to:

• Managing pay runs for 750 + employees, bi-monthly, fortnightly and monthly payment cycles nationally
• Processing and supervision of our Hong Kong Payroll
• Production, supervision & checking of bi-monthly, monthly and fortnightly payrolls
• Processing Monthly Superannuation payments
• Processing and supervision of expense re-imbursements in payroll system
• Processing of salary packaging and PAYG withholding tax payments
• Processing of Novated Lease (NL) deductions and reconciliation of NL settlements
• Preparation of all termination calculations & payments
• End to end responsible for all RXP internal and external compliance, reporting, audit activity and adherence to statutory requirements in-accordance with Federal and State legislation

To support our continued growth, you will also lead various projects as they relate to:

• Identifying, determining and implementing procedural and system improvements and innovative solutions
• Implementation of Single Touch Payroll
• Introducing best practice in payroll principles and processes
• Working with People and Talent on policy and procedure refresh and ongoing improvements
