Located in the fringe of the CBD, our client prides themselves for providing excellent tax, business services and SMSF advisory to their diverse range of client all across South Australia. Working within a dynamic team of accounting professionals and business advisers, they are currently seeking an experienced and motivated SMSF Accountant to join their cohesive team.
Your DUTIES will comprised of:
- Preparation of financial statements and annual returns for self-managed superannuation funds
- Preparation of compliance documentation
- Preparation of transfer balance account reports
- Preparation of activity statements
- Processing/matching transactions from data feeds or source documentation in Class Super
- Liaising with business advisory services and audit divisions to resolves issues
- A range of self-managed superannuation fund related administrative tasks
To be a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the qualities outlined as below:
- 2 - 3 years' proven experience in a similar role within an accounting practice environment
- Sound understanding in the technical knowledge of self-managed superannuation fund and regulations
- Degree qualified and CA/CPA accredited
- Sound knowledge in Class Super, MYOB AE and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and outstanding organizational capabilities
