This organisation is an Australian success story. Founded over 50 years ago, they now manufacture a range of iconic brands and their products are sold across Australia and New Zealand and, increasingly, globally. They are seeking a positive and proactive AR professional to join their Head Office team.
In this role, you will manage a small number of customer accounts ensuring they receive exceptional levels of customer service. The key to success in this role is the willingness to go the extra mile for your customers and resolve issues. The role will include:
- Processing sales orders from smaller customers
- Allocation of incoming cash to customer accounts and account reconciliation
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding timely processing of claims against short or damaged deliveries
- Accurate calculation of rebates and application of these to customer accounts
- Reissuing invoices and statements to customers on request
The company work with SAP although previous SAP experience is not required. You will, however, have confident Excel skills to be able to manipulate data from your ATB.
You will be someone who enjoys both routine and multi-tasking. You will be able to work at pace and be able to switch from task to task as demands change during the course of your working day. You will have an enjoyment of problem solving and want to work quickly to gain an outcome for the customer.
