The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst for a 9 month contract in our Finance team located at Wetherill Park. In this role you will support the team by performing accounting and administrative tasks utilising the Accounts Payable (Inspyrus) and ERP system (JD Edwards).
The Tasks
This role could see you working across:
- High volume invoice processing – 100+ daily
- Reconciliation of vendor statements and processing credit/adjustment notes
- Responding to internal and external queries
- Validating and processing employee expense claims
- Investigating and resolving invoice and payment issues
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment issues
- Accurate and timely completion of month-end tasks
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts, post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Supplier and stakeholder management
The Successful Candidate
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience within Accounts Payable
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience utilising automated invoice scanning systems
- Certificate in Accounting preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics preferred
