Our client is a leading builder, in the Yarra Valley set amongst Victoria’s most beautiful wineries dealing with all commercial fit-outs for top local wineries and residential buildings ranging from small refurbishments to multi-million dollar new projects.
They are now seeking an Accounts Assistant to work very closely with the Accounts Manager (Directors wife). The ideal applicant will have a strong focus on contributing knowledge in support the business in a family run business.
Responsibilities will include;
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Financial reporting for management
- Payroll Assistance
Skills needed to be successful in the position:
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Previous experience in a similar role within residential OR commercial construction business
- Strong IT skills with the ability to grasp new systems with ease Current MYOB
- A high attention to deal
