THE FIRM
The Firm is a CBD based high performing boutique with 4 directors. 3 out of 4 Directors are in their 40’s creating a flow down from the top; young and social culture. This firm utilises a paperless system where the Director’s encourage being proactive, constructively critical and committed to the philosophy of continuous improvement.
THE ROLE
Here you will be a part of managing a client base effectively, including client access / contact, job turnaround and managing day-to-day client relations. The team runs effectively and work is allocated fairly and efficiently.
As you settle in, there will be a larger advisory component as the clients are well informed and have sufficient knowledge to ensure compliance requirements are met. This will leave ample time to ensure clients receive value added service.
This role will enhance your skills to take on a proactive approach to providing solutions for improved efficiencies. You will be given opportunity to consult, recommend and advise in specialty areas
You will be encouraged to identify and create opportunities by building a network, with referrals for the firm outside the current client base with a focus on generating new clients.
