Autonomy - Autonomously run jobs from start to finish and once you have proven yourself a junior will be hired underneath you to help out on the more mundane tasks. The client base is a mixture of SME’s, HNWI’s as well as some large companies on which you will assist. The clients are from a wide-range of industries including construction, consulting and financial services.
Strong Support Structures - Brand name firm. Technology is first-rate with Xero being used. They take pride in developing their staff and this includes full support for your post-graduate qualifications, monthly tax update training and opportunity to attend external courses. They work in a team structure with plenty of support offered by the Partners and Senior Managers.
Growing Environment - The office is continuously growing and it is a very stable environment with staff rarely leaving. A number of them have been with the firm for a decade.
