Our client, a leader service provider, is looking to recruit a Payroll Consultant on a Temp to Perm basis.

In this position, you will be working in a large team with responsibilities including:

• Complete relevant checklist and data documentation for the purpose of service level agreement reporting, and / or invoicing

• Provide coverage for employee absences and periods of leave as directed by the Team Leader / Operations Manager

• Process, Load and Reconcile Superannuation Guarantee Charge on a fortnightly, monthly and / or quarterly basis

• Understand and interpret taxation tables and guidelines and advise customers accordingly.

To successful in this role, you will have:

• Skilled in dealing in a dynamic, high volume, complex transactional and growth payroll environment.

• Exceptional knowledge of key payroll principles and processes.

• Strong customer service skills to resolve sensitive and competing payroll enquires while delivering a high level and volume of service.

• Exceptional knowledge of all or one of federal, state and / or private legislation and standards.

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret conditions of employment that applies to an employee to correctly pay the employee.

• Understanding of configuration tables or willingness to acquire knowledge.

• Able to contribute to a dynamic and growth team environment.

• Knowledge of Aurion software is a MUST
