We are looking for two (2) self-motivated and efficient team members who are competent in writing and conversing in clear and fluent English to join our expanding Owners Corporation Management Team.

Based in the Docklands and dealing with many international clients the positions offer the successful candidate the opportunity to utilise their accounting and administrative skills.

Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to:

  • All aspects of the daily accounting requirements in either Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable of multiple Owners Corporation sites

  • Assist the Owners Corporation Accountant with the Owners Corporation financial requirements

  • Dealing with account management and queries both receivable or payable.

  • Assisting with the company switchboard and reception area

  • Assisting with co-ordinating moving in-out procedures and recreational facilities for buildings under management as required

  • Assisting with updating and maintaining our client database as required

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Completed or working towards an Accounting qualification and/or

  • Evidence of experience working in the accounts payable/receivable area

  • Strong English language skills

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills

  • Be able to prioritise and manage time effectively

  • Be a team player
