Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the key deliverable in this position is the preparation of all financial reporting including; the preparation of consolidations across 10+ entities, impairment, good will local tax - GST & FBT, quarterly and yearly tax statutory preparation. You will also provide expert advice and guidance to the leadership team and operational business unit managers. You will also be encouraged to drive process improvement across the organisation.
Profile
- The ideal person will be working in similar Financial Reporting Manager position in a US listed organisation, with strong experience in US GAAP
- They ideal person will also be from a strong commercial partnering, technical accounting standard, with a background of audit background.
- It is essential that the successful candidate also have previous staff management experience, as you will be responsible for the development and mentorship of a small team
- An ability to develop and forge internal relationships is also a must have
