Description

• Develop and implement compliance management framework across the
  organisation to comply with SOX including policies, procedures, execution and
  processes.
• Identifying risk and compliance issues and communicating findings and related remedial actions to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provision of risk and compliance advice.
• Preparation of Senior Management and Board reporting

Profile

• Big 4 background (highly regarded)
• CPA/CA Qualifications
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of strategic financial and operational principles
• Knowledge of accounting, statutory and regulatory principles
