Glascott Landscape and Civil is a landscape construction company with over 29 years' experience. We specialise in large scale landscape and civil construction projects for builders, government bodies, developers, architects and contractors across NSW, the ACT and QLD.

We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll /Accounts Payable Officer with strong financial skills to join our Support team based in Lane Cove. The day-to-day responsibilities will include processing the weekly payroll, managing accounts payable and invoicing clients.  

YOU WILL REQUIRE:

• Three to five years’ experience in end to end Payroll
• Three years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
• A flexible, can-do attitude
• The ability to multi task whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in the Construction Industry essential, Landscaping preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience using MYOB
• Experience with Jobpac will be highly regarded

YOUR DUTIES:

• Process the weekly payroll for 200 staff
• Adding new and updating existing employees pay details
• Entering and checking a high volume of employees with manual timesheets
• Leave & Back pay Reconciliations
• Accurate recording of accounts payable using Jobpac and MYOB
• Maintain Creditor records using Jobpac and MYOB
• Liaise regularly with creditors
