Your new role
Within this role you will perform internal control reviews throughout the Asia pacific region, identifying process improvements that will enhance the control environment. Within this you will also automate manual steps, consolidate processes and partner with internal teams.Working with stakeholders and executives you will look to close gaps within the control frameworks and work with them to develop solutions. This is a demanding and fast paced environment which requires a lot of deadline driven productivity. It will also be your responsibility to motivate others, set objectives, and drive results.
What you'll need to succeed
- CA/ CPA qualification
- A background in Internal Audit/ Advisory
- Big 4 training or having worked for a large multinational before.
- Strong experience of internal controls and process improvement.
- Passionate about Implementing projects, designing and implementing processes/controls.
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- A deadline driven and passionate person who can manage relationships both internally and externally.
