To begin with, some key responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of tax returns and advising on taxation strategies
- Being the primary point of contact for a range of clients across industries
- Liaising with the ATO and other external stakeholders
- Ad-hoc project work
The successful candidate

- CA/CPA qualifications
- Relevant experience at a small, medium or large accounting practice
- Systems experience with Microsoft Excel, MYOB and Xero
- A terrific attitude and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ambitions to progress a career in practice
