Role
This is a broad role and you would be providing finance support and analysis for key clients. This is a relationship based role and key to your success will be effective communication skills coupled with a strong technical background.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparation of Management, Financial and statutory reporting
• Preparation of reconciliation packs 
• Analysis and commentary of financial results
• Monitoring debt and ensuring compliance
• Preparation and presentation of Board Packs
• Ensuring tax compliance including GST, BAS and Payroll
• Payroll management and payment
• Working with internal and external audit providers
• Preparation of audit documents
• Preparation of income tax returns and technical accounting documents
• Business partnering
• Supervision of junior team members as required
• Preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasting, re forecasting and business plans
• Working closely with Senior Management on Business Development opportunities 
 
Skills and Experience Required
You will be an experienced Finance Professional that has either completed or undertaking their CA or CPA qualifications, you will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships quickly, in addition you will require the following:
 
• Strong IT skills
• A forward-thinking approach and the ability to think outside the box
• The ability to work in a team environment
• A strong technical skill set
• An enjoyment of Business Partnering
• Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
