My client is an organisation that facilitates Educational Services from early childhood to Year 6. They are dedicated to ensuring that their students develop problem solving skills, encourage curiosity and creative thinking.
Description
You will be reporting to the Credit Manager and your responsibilities include:
- Debt Collections
- Provide Customer service
- Reconciliation and investigations
- Establishing payment plans with clients
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Review Aged Debtor reports
Profile
Must have more than three years of experience as a Credit Officer and must be time efficient, have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
