Sydney CBD firm with international offices in other well-known capital cities is currently recruiting for a strong driven Senior to complement their exceptional team.
Opportunity available:
You will build strong relationships with the rapidly growing client base of primarily overseas based businesses that are expanding into Australia. From time to time you will travel to their international offices. Consistent interaction with colleagues abroad – plenty of experts to bounce ideas off.
As expected you will manage the direct and indirect tax compliance requirements as well as provide ongoing advisory services. A holistic service is offered to your client base from but not limited to full year end accounting, corporate secretarial services, management accounting, outsourced CFO function and tax and legal advice.
Your new team:
A strong motivated team of Accountants are already in place to assist and support you as required. They will look to you for guidance, mentorship and leadership. The Management team have solid experience in Big 4 and large mid-tier firms in Sydney prior to joining the team here. Plenty of experts to learn from internally and within the group’s other offices.
Development:
Full training is provided on international tax to build your technical knowledge in this space. As you develop your technical skills in future you will also manage clients with Australian head offices that are growing presence in overseas markets.
Expectations:
It is expected that you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant within an Australian Accounting firm and willingness to travel internationally. Leadership qualities and desire to take on a Management role in the short term. Not necessary but would be great if you have had some exposure to international clients and ability to speak another language.
