Group Financial Analyst permanent vacancy on Sydney's Northern Beaches
Your new company
A rapidly growing International Financial Technology company which is going through a period of Acquisitions based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. With Revenue's in excess of $200 Million and the company expanding, this is a newly created role.
Your new role
As the Group Financial Analyst your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Review acquired companies policies & procedures and bring up to scratch with parent companies standards
- Make recommendations
- Assist in migration of acquired companies system NetSuite to SAP - you will not be needing to lead this but you will have to be able to extract data (As and when you need it)
- Develop KPI reporting for Group
BAU
- Responsible for the management of budgets and quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting and insights
- Analysis of business performance for consolidated and individual business units
- Develop, maintain and improve driver-based planning, forecasting and financial reporting models that support the budgeting and forecasting process
- Assist in commercial reviews and deep dives with the view to provide reliable Business Intelligence to varying business units
- Provide general financial research, analysis, insight and reporting
- Play a pivotal role in translating financial results, providing insights with key stakeholders and building and delivering a robust financial plan
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Financial Performance & Variance analysis
- Operational KPIs analysis
- Management Reporting (Local and Global)
- Business Analytics and Intelligence
- Deep dive analysis of drivers, analysis of KPI’s and monthly performance
- Business Case preparation and review
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have the following :
- Ideally 5+ years’ work experience in a commercially focused role
- Experience in Controlling or FP&A
- Financial or Tech Industry experience highly advantageous
- Exposure to Multi -National Corporation Reporting procedures and IFRS are an advantage
- Experience with a big ERP ideally /like SAP & BI tools -You will receive further training on TM1
- Ideally Big 4 background
